Sex is a powerful thing. The first sexual experience of many young soldiers, airmen, or sailors was often with an Asian woman, often a hooker. The sexual experience convinced the young men that they loved the woman, marriage ensued, and maturity later showed the men that they had mistaken an orgasm for something deeper. I watched it happen repeatedly and no amount of argument could convince the young men that they weren’t really in love.
