Now in the olden days a group of dads would have gotten together and beat the U-NO-WATT out of this person. He might even have had certain parts removed from his body.
My sister-in-law told me of such an incident in 1940 Ft Worth when men still took the law in their own hands to protect their kids.

I remember a story from years ago about a child molester in Detroit. Members of the community got a hold of the guy and put a red hot cast iron skillet on his private parts. My guess is that will end his attempts to rape children.
