I am having a real Senior week...:)

Funny. I love music, I have played the drums, the sax, and trombone, even a baritone bugle, so my music range is wide.

I can speak conversantly about jazz, classical, rock, etc. but...my love of Seventies music largely stems from me listening to it on the radio rather than playing it live or listening to it on LPs, and I realized that for the most part, my Seventies repertoire of music is largely composed of what I heard on the radio all those years.

IOW with respect to pop music, I am like a liberal regarding substantive issues, a mile wide and in some places, very shallow!

I was looking on YouTube for that AWB song “Pick Up The Pieces”, and saw another one by them (”Play That Funky Music White Boy”) which I suppose must have been a cover. Dang, when I listened to it, it sure sounded like the one I remembered, but...so did the Wild Cherry one...:)

And you sound like you know your music, so..I’m going with your knowledge base!
