There’s a lot of misinformation about the SSP. In my opinion, the missing trillions go to black budget projects, primarily to research and develop and back engineering of crashed Alien craft. They’ve managed to develop anti-gravity (anti-mass) craft,I.e., the triangular craft are probably ours and are the new spy craft replacement for the old SR-71.
One very interesting (though obviously very controversial) claim about the Secret Space Program is that there are already human settlements on the Moon, Mars, the asteroid belt etc.
That is the claimed “Breakaway Civilization”—with these settlements run by large corporations.
