I had that problem the other day. It “blocked” me. I had to reset my phone and VPN. Then it let me log in. Not sure if this is your case but I thought I would pass it along.

I can tell you, if you are using a VPN you will have problems. It took me some time to figure it out. Perhaps they have straightened that out.
