This is horrible, and the school absolutely should be held accountable for failure to provide safety.
BUT: If one adult even so much as touches another, that can be considered assault. It seems to me that since "bullying" in schools is a historic and chronic problem, why aren't the same standards of "assault" and "self-defense" being applied to minors?
Some of these animals are even terrorizing and brutalizing teachers.
Why isn't somebody getting a clue....or is that also not being taught anymore?

Tonight, as my Thanksgiving comes to an end, I am overwhelmingly grateful to be in my own bed, instead of the nasty 3 inch plastic thing I was forced to try to rest my weary head on, earlier in the year
I am grateful for the oppression and double standard of justice.
I am grateful for the near bankruptcy I am facing.
I am grateful for the estranged family members and friends and the ostracism of my community urged by state controlled media.
I am grateful for the non-stop train whistles waking me up during the long, cold nights of my incarceration. The shrill nosie that will always bring me back to the blonliness and despair of my cell.
I am grateful for being the first in my state to be sentenced to prison for picketing.
I am grateful I have dealt with all the adversities so that my victory may bear witness to those I might help.
That which doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. J6ers are being tempered by fire, and know the true nature of the evils of the CommunSocialist Democrat regime.
I am grateful I am a J6er. I am one of the lucky ones grateful to be in his own bed as so many are being held as political prisoners as I once was.

I remember when 0bola was illegally stinking up the WH he started the policy of decriminalizing bad behavior in schools. That badly behaved students should not be disciplined, but “understood”. Went wild in schools after that.
A glaring example of why the FedGov has NO business in education. States, cities and towns should do their own school decisions, cirrculum, etc.

My daughter is an assistant principal at a H.S... a semi-disadvantaged H.S.
She was asked to cool a classroom situation without knowing what the situation was.
(I personally think she was Serpico’d, but that’s a longer story for a different time).
Long story short, teacher took a cell phone away from a 17 year old new york transferred in kid and the kid got clappy and stompy, totally disrupting the class.
kid ended up throwing some sort of juice container at my daughter, hitting her in the head and getting her all wet.
Skewl cop saw the whole thing and wouldn’t do anything.
Turns out, the schools superintendent has a no arrest policy.
Further turns out the kids think my daughter is straight up kewl and they later applied “street justice” to the kid.
Turns out the kid’s mom was on my daughter’s side.
Kid was suspended for 3 days and sent to an “alternative” school.
My daughter is fed up with no skewl people having her back...in a small town school system.
