I can see the anchor windlass room but not why it would be on fire while the ship is underway.

That and why would it be on fire at the same time as the flight deck, mast area, & possibly the bridge?

It's almost as if the ship were hit by four mini-Harpoon missiles.

Could it be a situation similar to the IJN Taihō during WWII in which the Damage Control Officer ordered ventilation fans on and hatches open in order to dissipate gas fumes?

What happened instead was that the fumes spread throughout the ship and a massive explosion resulted, sinking the ship.

The entire “ship on fire” thing could be a ruse by Chyna to make us think that one of their top ships is on fire.

Then again, maybe it is. Thick black smoke lends one to believe that they’re oil fires. Be nice to have eyes on that situation as it develops (and I’m sure somebody does).
