Did the CCP get wind that Biden didn't have the nuclear football and pulled the leash on their dogs to fix the problem. Other articles mentioned that they wanted to write legislation and turn it into a law that no single person can start nuclear war.
The two lawmakers also suggested requiring a Congressional declaration of war and specific approval from Congress on the strike.

Somebody was really worried about a sole person having the power to launch nukes and they wanted to make it illegal for one person to do it. Did they want to give the real Commander and Chief pause? Snopes even chimed in and said that it was false that Biden's mental fitness was called into question by this letter. Snopes was almost right for once, the letter was designed to block Trump. Of course, this letter went nowhere and was quickly forgotten. I think its noteworthy that this letter came from leaders in California. Usually, foreign dignitaries meet in Washington DC but Xi met Biden on his home turf in San Francisco.

I was delighted with your post and spent a lot of time digging, collecting links and writing a response-which I then lost! I was disappointed then, but I suspect it was for the best because I can condense the response I will recreate and post on the new thread.

After I first posted mine, I wondered how many other comms I missed, and if Q replied publicly, what did they say etc. It was as if I found and read 1 page out of an intriguing book and found it fascinating and wanted more.
Finally, until the next thread, I may have found a hint of a page or two of the 'book' last night. The easiest to relay is that 6 days after the Inauguration, the head of the capitol police proposed that a permanent fence be installed around the White House. The timing, the person involved make me wonder what their true plans were, why that was an objective. Maybe the temporary fencing that was up was fine until the day of the inauguration when they expected to get the football and install permanent fencing. When they didn't get it, they didn't know how long it would take so they wanted the fencing up BEFORE the takeover. I dunno. More later.
