ACV = Apple Cider Vinegar. You want the kind with the “mother”. I’ll bet your floral probiotic might not be encapsulated to get through the stomach and into the intestines. I’m not talking about a capsule. I’m talking about a method for the flora to bypass the stomach acids. That’s why I say fermented foods and L. Reuteri “yogurt”.
