That is an EA-18G Growler from VAQ-132 stationed in Oak Harbor, WA.

The only probe and drogue air refueling plane with windows like those in the video is the Airbus A-330 MRTT.

If I had to hazard a guess I would say they are refueling from a Canadian Air Force plane.

You are right. I paused at the interior shot and can definitely confirm an A330, because of the interior door cover. The black push button is the gust lock release.
