You should qualify your remarks. Cloth and surgical masks do not work. N95’s are likey do stop virus particles, but only up to the point of tolerance of the mask irritation. After a half hour or so, people start touching their masks. Sometimes they remove the mask and adjust them. They touch the contaminated outer surface and often even touch the inside of the mask. Others keep it in the pocket in between uses. In real world situations N95’s do not work as they are generally worn for more than half an hour.
VA is not requiring masks. Yet. Nor are local hospitals in the Ozarks.

I have four doctors appointment in the next three months. I’m not wearing a mask. I’m 76 and have had cancer three times. Don’t care. Not wearing one. If they say I have to then I’ll just say I’m not going into the office.
I had an operation in Tucson 10 days ago. Masks weren’t required for everyone in the hospital; some staff wore a mask, some didn’t. I think everyone in the OR wore one, but I can’t swear to that, because I was asleep.

Ventillators killed most of the Covid patients they were used on.

Didn’t work then, won’t work now. The first time, many were reluctantly willing to give the benefit of the doubt. When it became apparent what real agenda was that trust was over. I simply will not comply. They can ask me to wear one, I will refuse. If asked to leave private property without one I will comply, but that’s it. Wearing a face mask is not law. The government cannot demand that we wear them.
