I disagree.I say things like to kids to get them to laugh all the time.

As I said, there are plenty of times he sniffs little girls and touches them inappropriately but this isn’t one of those times.

True, but look at Jill’s face and that other guy up there. She gave him a look like “oh no, what will he do”?

I am sure she was thinking of that tongue wagging incident with that little girl in Europe somewhere.
