Maybe the "judge" should do the same.
Humph.... the judge is obviously a knucklehead and symptomatic of a severe breakdown of Texas law/order but the DA is where the rubber hit the road. Speaking of rubber, dude musta had too many whacks about the head growing up cause his cornbread ain’t done in the middle.
Why any sane DA would attempt and succeed numerous times to subvert Texas law without severe consequences from a higher up is beyond me. Judge was supposed to be the backstop = EPIC FAIL
