She was arrested because she was on probation that forbid her protesting and she protested anyway. They didn’t jail her the first time she was arrested.

Forbidding people from protesting is wrong. I don’t care if she was arrested at a previous protest. Thats like forbidding people from speaking because they interrupted a speech. She should have a right to peaceably protest. There is no reason for a court to deny that.
