Reminds me of India in the late 1960's. Worried about population growth, India launched a vasectomies program, using the then-novel portable transistor radio as an inducement to get men to volunteer for the sterilization program. After several years, the data showed virtually no change in the birth rate despite having sterilized almost 100 million men.
Subsequent study of the data showed that India had sterilized almost the entire male population...over the age of 65!
How many men in India over the age of 65 were actually getting their wives pregnant to start with?
Yea that happens here in America but in India?
