Not lithium ion batteries. This battery is for running an electric starter primarily, is portable, and does not cost anywhere near the worth of the entire car.
And the engine is used to turn an alternator to charge that battery.
If you need to change batteries even as frequently as that, then you need to avoid cheap batteries.
Florida heat drains them. I get a new one every two years. About six years ago I needed a jump 4 times trying to get to the Toyota dealership. No more of that.
