Agree! I don’t see a problem here. People would actually have to communicate face to face?! OH THE HORROR!!!
The internet being down would be the least of our problems if a Carrington sized CME hit is full on. Just about all communications equipment of any kind would be fried. Just about all automobiles and other forms of transportion would be similarly affected. Most modern farm machinery would cease to function. I figure 5 billion people would die from starvation in a year.

True, but it would be a big problem for some time. As companies and the government have made it almost impossible to take care of business without the internet.
Even though the internet has its good points, the world was a much better place without it. When they do take it down under whatever guise then the people will be in the dark and the deep state will control everything.
