One solution to cut costs and make college more affordable is that professors don’t need to make more than about $65.000 a year.
That’s simply not realistic. Some things that would help though:
1. Having more ideological diversity in the faculty and staff.
2. Reducing staffing levels, especially in things like DEI and HR. If a position wasn’t there 40 years ago, it should be scrutinized very carefully now.

4. More fairness is what speech is allowed on campus
5. Shut down campus mobs and expel students who violate the rights of others — regardless of who the others are. There should not be two sets of standards for students.
