Utopian Tax
Utopian weather, yes. But horrendous government, ultra-progressive policies, drugs, overrun by illegals, homeless everywhere, needles everywhere...not exactly “utopian.” That’s why I focused on natural beauty and weather. They haven’t ruined those...yet. Wait until they figure out how to tax those.
