Oh yes! Absolutely. Lealea will be kept ready for Summer cruising in Southesast Alaska, fishing or hunting expeditions, a run down the inside passage to the big city or an escape to the South Pacific.
Alaska Winter in a house will be a nice change though. (I'm not getting any younger)
