I did get a notice from my bank last week that was encouraging people to use autopay instead of writing checks because there were mail delivery delays taking up to 14 days for mail to be delivered

I got the same notice from my bank. And I got a notice from the ranch I order my beef from that they wouldn't be shipping from now until a week after Thanksgiving because shipments would probably be very delayed and the meat would go bad. It's not just customers being affected by lousy shipping service, it's small companies.

I just ordered a perishable item that’s supposed to be delivered next week. Hope it gets here without delays. :~ /
