“issues with drivers just dumping packages at the road”
I live in the suburbs, not the country, and had a mailman leave a package next to my mailbox out at the curb a couple of months ago instead of walking 20ft more. I called USPS to report it. The woman I spoke to was very surprised and promised she would report the driver. Haven’t had any problems since, but I think he was just a temporary vacation fill-in worker. My regular guy is fine at his job, but not friendly at all.
Not to worry...USPS has more future employees flooding over the border as we speak. Man, it’s good to be older.
