Scroll through pics at link. In the last one you can see the other cops and their kit on scene, so I assume she was in same. In at least one pic she def has ceramic plates on, in the others it’s hard to tell (I didn’t look too clearly). The knife in the pic is no bueno for stabbing. For them to be patrolling in anything but level IV in this environment would be egregious.
They should also set a minimum buffer zone between Them and anyone else except those who are on Patrol together. Maybe 50’ ?
