oil exec to pay them $10 million in exchange for then-VP Biden’s influence in getting a senior Ukranian prosecutor fired.......which was caught on video.
Burisma CFO Vadim Pojarski told a confidential source in 2015, influence-peddler Hunter was calculatedly hired for the company’s board to “protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems.”
Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky told the source: ‘It costs 5 (million) to pay one Biden, and 5 (million) to pay another Biden.’
FTA-—According to the FBI’s FD-1023 form - some of which is redacted - the Confidential
Human Source (CHS) met with high-ranking Burisma executives between 2015 and 2016.
Burisma was looking to spend up to $30 million on a U.S.-based oil and gas company purchase.
However, it was also the subject of a criminal investigation into corruption by Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, which the company knew would have a substantial negative impact on Burisma’s prospective IPO in the US.
When asked about the investigation, the form states that Zlochevsky replied:
“Don’t worry Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.”
Later, then-VP Joe Biden made a public statement, caught on
video, that the Ukranian prosecutor, Shokin, was “corrupt.”
Biden demanded he be fired/removed from office or else, as Obama’s
point man, he would withhold a billion dollars in US foreign aid.
