Well, there were probably at least 3 waves of migration, but all of their descendants ended up being called “indians” by the Europeans when they got here.

I wonder how the current “indiginous” Indians took the land away from the previous inhabitants- ill bet it wasn’t peacefully- but apparently only white folks who came later are called “violent invaders”
