Tunnels and underground bunkers may seem like a good idea at first, but when faced with deep penetrating munitions they just make you a sitting duck with very limited ability to escape. Assuming Israel has good intelligence on the layout of the tunnels, the logical strategy would be to use bunker busters to first collapse both ends of any particular length of tunnel, and then work inward toward the middle until the occupants are destroyed.
