> Why would they go down this road to defend her? <

There is no good reason. This is not a free speech issue, as there’s no penalty attached to a censure. It’s just a sign of disapproval, no different from disapproving of a member using vulgar language.

So it’s not a free speech issue. It is, however, a cowardice issue. Mustn’t offend the Muslims.

Remember when the GOP House kicked 18-year, stalwart conservative congressman Steve King out of the party for the crime of endorsing Canadian politician Faith Goldy because she says nice things about white people?

God, I hate these scumbags.

Tlaib could have gotten 20 years in prison for leading that ‘insurrection’, if she had been a Republican. But she’s a Marxist Democrat darling, so she gets a pass.

Cheney’s replacement, that is surprising. Just goes to show how bad it is.

Why? MTG is why. The Republican house is a bunch of high school cliques. Depressing.

Among California Republican politicians, Tom McClintock is one of the most hardcore conservative and bravely outspoken. He often appears on KFI-AM’s John & Ken Show. Don’t know why he voted as he did.

It’s a tough call I’m a Zionist and support Israel so far as to say that Judea and Samaria should be Jewish territory not part of any deal for the “Palestinian state”.

I say put the Palestinians in Jordan-Saudi create the “state” over there.

But here’s something to think about imagine if they passed a law saying that you couldn’t boycott Bud Light.

Republican controlled states have all passed laws saying people can’t boycott Israel and these laws are considered by the opponents to be anti-First Amendment.

We are so far away from the Founders the Constitution.

Agree with those who did so on first amendment grounds.

Women shouldn’t be allowed to vote let alone serve in Congress.

Once any group of people is wounded hurt and or aroused to anger here they come to get government involved and the Constitution becomes a diaper wipe like outrage over mass murders leads to gun control laws or laws regarding “mental illness”.

Are all the other republicans wrong? Something under cover is going different from the narrative.

Some of us are more conservative than our husbands, but I’ll agree that most aren’t.
