Not true. Speaking as a jogger who stared at 14 and is still doing so 50+ years later.

What human joints are NOT meant to do is haul around an extra 80 lbs of fat!

It is true, actually.

You’re an outlier. Probably very light and not a mesomorph.

We’re hunters. We walk a lot, stalk prey, and sprint for the kill.

There are ample studies that back this up, if you care to Google it.
