That chicken is smelling mighty fine. I seasoned it with a bit of celery salt and black pepper. Taters are bubbling away.
I got my grocery order picked up today, so there are anchovies and capers waiting on my next burst of energy. Those capers are big. They’re about twice the size of a good sized peppercorn. I don’t chop them up, really?

how about polenta recipes? do you have any ideas for serving it?
I love polenta but only have a limited number of ideas for serving it. Usually either soft or chilled and grilled, with something like chicken cacciatore. A little bit of sauce to have with it.
