TY for the post and links!

the commies never stop, not even when putting us in the Gulags/camps.

I try to enjthe few freedoms I have left, since they will disappear one day. Finding places to hide in the forest is my current favorite.

Hi CottonBall, hope yours was a nice Thanksgiving Day.

Remember, our liberty is given by God, not man or his government (stated as a reminder in the Declaration of Independence). So they can VIOLATE our God-given freedoms but that can never remove our right to them. Yes, we can, should, and will fight to the end for faith and freedom but our treasure is in Heaven where they can’t reach it.

It’s good to remember that Paul the Apostle called himself “The Prisoner of Christ” (a clever play on words because even though Paul’s body had been imprisoned by the Romans, his heart had long since been captured by the love of Christ).

Paul knew that God, not man, had allowed him to end up in prison in Italy where where he wrote a good deal of the New Testament. His writings from prison have been read for 2000 years - more than anything else ever written. From prison he expressed joy unspeakable and full of glory, something many who are physically free don’t have.

They can NEVER take away our Redemption by the blood of the Lamb. God is always with us and loves us, and if the theft of our rights to freedom causes us to trust in invisible Redemption more than visible natural but dead creation, then God has done us, like Paul, a great service.

God bless.
