Oh yes, good olive oil is a must. I don’t have any other kind of oil. And we grow garlic and have lots on hand. Oh, I’m not any too sure about dunking the biscotti in red wine. That one threw me for a loop. Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever dunked anything in wine before. Other than my face.
