Texans slip and slide all over the place in freezing wet weather!

I remember a guy telling me that he finally got so tired of the cold weather up north that he decided to move to Texas.

He said that he tied a snow shovel to the roof of his car and the first place he got to where someone asked him what that thing on his car roof was, well, that’s where he stayed.

When I first moved to DFW, I had to drive through an ice storm to get to my place in Dallas.

And spent the rest of his days sweating like a pig 11 months out of the year and the rest dodging hurricanes and/or the occasional "Blue Norther".

I have to drive this no matter to work for Years and I mean NOBODY in Texas can drive when this happens!
I know,I've been rear-ended twice over the years because some Billy Bob with his big ole Truck ,thinks he's got this until he plows into me!

Gotta love my auto insurance and that's why insurance is so high here in East Texas!
No one slows down! ;) I personally now tell work ,I'm home and snowbound for the next thawing! LOL!

Lol smart way to locate a snow-free zone.

Up here, when we get our first snowfall or freezing rain, everybody suddenly forgets how to drive in the stuff as well. Slippin’ and slidin’ all over the place....except the big pickups with the good tires. They speed around like it’s a summer day, no matter what!
