To me, it looks like Pres. Biden turned to leave and the army guy was saying something at the same time.
Pres. Biden turns back to him and says something back (maybe, what did you say?)
That’s my story and i’m sticking with it and I am no fan of Pres. Biden.
Hmmm could be. I was just guessing at what had happened. Actually, that’s kind of what I first thought. When he turned to leave, he looked to be headed along the carpet and out. Perhaps the army guy noted that and quickly said something like, “Hey, idiot. Go stand over there with the others like you were told to.”
That’s my second story, not sure if I’m sticking to it. lol
