I have two similar paintings I bought years ago at an estate sale for little dollars still hanging on my wall!
I love this!
The Artist was on my painting is On a Gold plague on the frame William Shayer Summers Respite and the other says Half Way House.

Notable and just curious!
Never seen this before,but have both of these! Oh well, seeing paintings I've had for years in my home. Just a collector back in the day of nice things that appeal to me.
