This one is super easy. I usually use just any kind of Italian sausage and then add some crushed red pepper, in case it wasn't the hot variety. This can also be healthy, just drain the fat and use fat free half and half. That's where the 175 calories comes from.
the gnocchi soup requires a little more prep, a few more vegetables. And then I use the larger gnocchis but cut them in half. It's quite a few, when you add them the soup gets super thick. Since I only make the soup because of the gnocchi I'm fine with that but you want might want to use half the amount. You'll have to keep adding chicken broth because the gnocchis keep absorbing liquid. I like it with the marjoram, thyme, and specially tarragon. Olive Garden doesn't use any of those.
