We're in the upper 70s, but the rain and a cool-down is coming late next week. I like the idea of my housemate's pea soup with ham recipe. I'll have to get the fixings soon.

A cute little black cat with white legs has made herself home on the chair on our porch. I invited her in, and she took to me immediately. I fed her, and I expect she'll be back. She looks like a blackberry dipped in sugar, so I named her Blackberry. My housemate shortened it to Bibi.
