CCP has announced a significant rise in bus fares in order to cover operating costs.
This reminds me of a classic column in Barron's back in the '70s. The USSR claimed that inflation is one of the diseases of capitalism; therefore, when they drastically raised the price of bread, according to Alan Abelson (Barrons editor if I recall) this price increase was "By popular demand."
Hahahah. Still laughing about that one 5 decades later.

To indicate just how seriously the CCP is taking this they have implemented the following: 1) Reduce interest rates on existing home loans. 2) Lowering the down payment ratio home loans. (You have to put up less money -- LP) 3) Easing property purchase restrictions 4) Additional measures within the banking sector.
In other words, re-inflate the bubble after it already has a hole in it. Good luck with that, commies.
