I remember many years ago, one of Paul Harvey’s “Rest of the Story” episodes discussed the Ghost Army and went into a bit of detail about its mission. The episode was specifically about the young man named Bill Blass, who was one of the designers of the facades used during the D-Day spoof. The same Bill Blass who would later become known as a famous fashion designer.

He, his dad Maurice, and his uncle Milton all owned clothing stores within sight of each other on Franklin Street. All three catered to different niches in the clothing business.
I still have some of his Alexander's Ambition, the name of his shop, sweater vests.
