It's extremely difficult for *me* because I live in Massachusetts. To get an idea what I'm talking about check out a SCOTUS case from 2016 called "Caetano v Massachusetts". In that case SCOTUS voted,9-0,to overturn the Massachusetts gun law under which Caetano was convicted.

In the decision narrative the court described the reasoning used by the state Supreme Court to uphold the constitutionality of the law as "frivolous".

So politicians *and* judges in my state hold frivolous attitudes toward a resident's right to keep arms *and* to bear arms.

Massachusetts laws don’t look that hard to meet. Not much different then what I had to do to get a CPL in my home state of Michigan.
