The leaders have it all set up so that they and their families will all be in underground bunkers. China And Russia have underground cities. Even Ukraine has miles of underground tunnels. The leaders are looking for population reduction.
Nuclear war works for them.
And Hell is going to light up like the Fourth of July when they get there.
