They forgot to include allergies. If your ears itch inside them, and your nose, too, it’s very likely allergies.

You may have nasal drainage, sneezing, or a cough.

Rarely a fever.

No lethargy.

Rarely wheezing.

Not sure if I’ve forgotten anything that they used for symptoms.

Oh, here are the other things to watch for or not watch for with allergies:

Aches: Meh…maybe a headache?

Difficulty breathing: Rarely

Loss of taste or smell: Rarely

Sore throat: Sometimes, caused by nasal drainage
