Lady, you are being too nice. Get your legal-beagle and some muscle (preferably armed muscle) and pay the home office a visit. If not that, know this: in most states you can place a lein on another person’s property without even notifying them. Your legal beagle should already have done that to the tune of several million on the equipment used by the company.

If you visit the company in person don’t forget to mention that the owner could be slapped with a huge fine or even may do hard time if he has any illegals on the payroll.

People play too nice in this country.

One does not have to get angry or vengeful, but simply standing your ground, stating *This is wrong and needs to be rectified* and demanding it be done is good enough.

Don’t need to get nasty about it, but firm and unyielding.
