Living within striking distance of 80 IQ savages who subscribe to a barbaric religion, is bad enough. Locking them in an outdoor prison for 55 years and then not paying attention to their cages is just asking for this to happen.
Not much of a “cage” when they can freely travel back and forth to Afghanistan, Syria and Lebanon and Disneyworld whenever and wherever they want.
