Several natives up there told that they have terms for their various bad driving habits and there was no variance in wording with three I have listed.
I put my high beams on a Taunton PD cop that did that in front of me. Hope I scared the crap out him when my Blazer stopped short of him.

I have heard “hook a u-ie” for make u-turn. I've heard it as "throw a u-ee" or "flip a u-ee".
As for "stealing a left", I've heard of as "jumping the left" as in jumping the order of their turn.
