Is it appropriate, considering what is currently going on?
I don't think its endorsing anything per se, but just few days ago we had Citibank firing an employee for posting on social media: " ‘No wonder why Hitler wanted to get rid of all of them’" with smile emoji.

Most people probably would have said “Germany”.
