Seals/M4’s/in the water? One doesn’t chamber a round or close the breech underwater. As one clears the surface with the muzzle up, the water is gone by the time the receiver clears the water. Then chamber a round and fire when ready-——Gridley.
OK That makes sense except the bolt slamming shut is not quiet.
