They really should do autopsies on these deadly people. I keep the young guy in mind who shot so many dead at his former high school in Broward County Florida. He was cycled through the empty system several times and asked for help at least once, I recall. Same symptoms.
We have technology to beam audio holographically.

This Card guy was Army reserve so he most likely had the clotshots.
His family says his head trouble started only a year or so ago.
The Army treated/monitored him for at least two weeks-—way longer than normal for a mental check.
The clotshots are well known to cause tinnitus and damaged hearing.
The guy was apparently wearing a hearing aid.
Microclotting, from the shots or anything else, can cause fuzzy thinking and other diminished mental function.
He was recently fired from his recycling plant job for eratic behavior.
He was a fuel specialist for the Army-—not a high risk, high tension job.
He had been successful financially, house cars, boat, etc.
In view of all his apparent changes happening pretty recently I really, really, hope they do an industrial grade chemical/bio workup on his carcass. There is probably a warning here for others?
