How did McCarthy control them? Are they still controlled, or free?
-—not saying it’s a true fak but McCarthy could control some RINOs the same way Pelousy controlled dims. Threating to take away money that would go to kickback projects in their districts. And holding back RNC money.
What I want to see now is Johnson pulling back money from dim projects/favorites. McCarthy couldn’t get out of his own way to play a little hardball.
My assumption is that they were of common purpose - but not so much that they were willing to be exposed.

That is likely the $ million question; I would presume so - if they are of common purpose. They can always join with the Dems, like when they considered Liz Cheney for Speaker. There is a lot at stake, but nothing that we would consider to be of great value (e.g. $$$$ for Ukraine.)
