What an incredibly stupid response.I do not like or want these incredible high debt or the stupid things they are goingg for. The government is getting in they way of the business world with government mandates in an area in which they are incompetent. This will be a humongous waste as time will tell. They have no idea what they are doing, but just throwing money at a bad idea.
