I just used your link. I entered live chat and asked for a phone number to call like I do with PP. They kept asking for my email so they could find my account. I kept saying I had NO account, and wanted a phone number. After 3 go rounds, they cancelled my chat. Is it possible to get an order using their phone number. I hate using email to order. PP sends me their catalog with their phone number. Any way to get a phone number for Samson’s? I have to bother my partner for any problems with email or computer and I really hate to be dependent on him as he may die before I do. Also I may go blind at some point which would make email even more difficult than phone.
I thought you could just go online and buy stuff without an account, as a guest.
